“Lose weight”, “diet” and “workout” must have been the most over used terminologies in health and fitness talks. These terms are also frequently heard during the Christmas Holidays. I say the Holidays because of the bountiful sumptuous Christmas feasts served on every table, people have the tendency to over eat and these terms are their ready excuse so they can get away with their gluttonic attitude. The word “diet” is also overrated come the time when our New Year’s Resolution must be listed down. For many, this comes on top of their list vowing to do whatever it takes to become slimmer and fit on the next 12 months. Unfortunately, many do not succeed and the cycle of making it as their resolution is a yearly thing.
Losing weight is something that is not achieved overnight. It requires tremendous effort, time, extreme sacrifice and discipline in order for one to attain the goal of becoming fit and achieving his desired body mass index. Tough as it may appear, this undertaking is made easier these days through the advancement of technology. There are so many helpful, safe workout routines, tools and equipment that are accessible in gyms and workout centers nowadays. With software development, there are also applications that are designed to help one achieve his workout plan successfully like calorie counters and food journals. You’re right losing weight is not an overnight goal it should be done with patience and discipline. I’ve mixed my diet plan with good workout routines because I believe in combination effort of balanced healthy food and regular exercise. It’s nice knowing that I can find all these in FitClick which is a great help for busy Moms like me who don’t have time to go to gym to have regular workout exercises.

To be honest I could relate to those who do not succeed in losing weight and making it as their resolution is a yearly thing to lose weight and be fit as what you have said.
The holidays just makes us want to forget about diet and losing weight so we can enjoy the delicious food prepared during family gatherings. But browsing through FitClick recently reminded me too that I should be more conscious from now on and fight it off with a good workout plan during the holidays. Hoping it will work well to shed off those extra pounds one gains during the holidays.

I agree on what you said that losing weight is not achieved overnight. A detailed Workout Plan would actually help. Thanks to Fitclick, which provides free of these plans. Now, we are on our way to living healthy. I hope we could be true to our resolutions this time
