Klein Oliphants Hoek

Built as a mission station in 1888, Résidence Klein Oliphants Hoek combines old-time chic with the splendour of modern, sophisticated leisure tourism, whereby a personalised and outstanding service and a sense of well-being are central.

Résidence Klein Oliphants Hoek was founded in 1999, and is owned and run by Ingrid and Camil Haas. Ingrid and Camil travelled the world and its catering industry for 20 years, and settled down in Franschhoek in 1999. Camil and Ingrid won several awards, including the Eat Out Best New Restaurant 2002, Eat Out's Ten of The Best 2003 (Cape Winelands) and the Blazon of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs.

There are eight en-suite rooms decorated in both classic and contemporary styles. For those looking for something special there are suites with private pools and secluded courtyards leading to scented gardens, and even one room with a rooftop Jacuzzi.
