should a confirmed reservation be cancelled within the following period:
- 25 % cancellation fee if cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival
- 50 % cancellation fee if cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival
- 100% cancellation fee if cancelled 07 days or less prior to arrival or no show
