The travel deals of group buying sites are truly tempting. I would really love to take advantage those discounted tours to Bohol, Palawan and Hong Kong however, we can’t decide that abrupt because we have kids to consider. We have a preschooler so we can’t schedule the trip on weekdays. We also have a 6-month old baby and traveling with a baby can get a little bit stressing and tiring unless we have another companion to take care of her. Needless to say, traveling with a preschooler and a baby can be a little challenging. Leaving them behind is out of the question since I’m nursing my baby and my son’s such a Mommy’s boy. Perhaps, a few years later when they’re a little bit older, hubby and I can finally go on a tour sans the kids. It would also be a nice breather for him especially that he’s been so occupied with work. It’d be nice to have some “alone” time together once in a while…a quick break from work (no video teleconferencing even), household chores..just pure R and R. I wonder when would that be.

After reading BICOL: Awesome Journey to Bicolandia (Infographic) and learn what Bicol has to offer to its tourists, I can’t help but yearn for an impromptu trip to this wonderful place. I’ve been wishing to see the majestic picturesque of the Mount Mayon in person as well as feast on delectable Bicolano dishes. I’m also dying to experience the much acclaimed Misibis Bay Resort which was featured in a recent Amazing Race Asia season.
